The pipes that were used with the previous softener were clogged from dirt and lint. Knowing it would be near impossible to get someone out to fix the pipes, they took care of it on the spot. Good people & good prices. My water has rust in it. They have the rust/iron salt crystals. Which I've not seen at most places. It works allot better than the pellets, or cubes. It may cost a little more per bag, but it's well worth it.
